Perhaps it's redundant to label a blog post "musings"... That's my first and foremost musing so far. And as an ode to my dear friend (and Grandpa) Ken, I am purposely not doublespacing between sentences. This is the new standard! And I think it's just great. Less doublespace means more blackspace (or in this case, pinkspace). I'll spread the love in this regard. And speaking of love, love is grand. To all the nay-sayers and "glass half empty" critics of romantic love, I say "Fill yourself a few more glasses full of something bubbly and gradually acquire yourself a new perspective!" Embrace love's naivete and the beauty of whimsy. It frolicks in beginnings, but it's real just the same. And it feels like a smile always on the verge of happening, like being hugged on the inside all the time, like birds who can't help but sing. Head over heels? It's grand. It's good. It's a new and wonderful way to live. Bottoms up for me and Mr. Wonderful! Even if it takes a long and winding time to come around, it's entirely worth the wait baby. Mmm MMMM!

All I can say is "Spring has Sprung!!" I am so happy for you Carla. Cheers!!
I like the word frolick. It sounds english in my head. It makes me think of the word trouser, which is also english.
Love.
What a great "musing"! You've taken something intangible and explained it as though it were something to be touched or tasted... inspirational.
Carla, no one would care about extra spaces in a blog like yours. The special way you have of sharing your heart is what really counts. And I, for one, am looking forward to more.
You are a wonderful writer. And as Mr. Wonderful, I wholeheartedly concur with your "love musings." Let us drink deeply together, and not just of love, but of scotch and beer and wine and port and melted chocolate. Mmm MMMM! Maybe you shouldn't post this reply on your blog...
Frolick.
I love all these comments, especially the one from Mr. Wonderful himself, if I may be so biased. ;) "Have I told you lately that I love you?" (prepare yourself to hear me sing that on the phone sometime... Stevie Wonder for Mr. Wonderful... hee hee!) Travis, it sounds like you're into frolicking. Frolick away!
Frolick.
Thanks for enjoying this post Pat! :) I think mmm MMMM would definitely be applied to chocolate as well. And Nathan loves chocolate- could maybe be interchangeable with it. So there you go. And yeah, sometimes I get a little Stevie Wonder-ish. But hey, let's not knock the blind. Cheesy perhaps. But I also love cheese. I typed this rather randomly, so that's why it is the way it is. Can't wait to drink some port at your place soon!
